Under CentOS Server Management and support service we do operating system installation, CentOS installation, CentOS server setup, CentOS server security and optimization, backup configuration etc. Also under the current offer we are going to do ping monitoring, rbl monitoring and weekly Proactive Weekly Server Updates. After that whenever you face any server problem. You can open a support ticket and we will check and resolve the problem.

Unfortuantely if your hard disk got crashed or server got hacked. Then we will rebuild the server and restore the data from your remote CentOS backups.
We will do basic server optimization of server by Tweaking Apache settings, my.cnf ( for MySQL), installing Redis, Memcached, Nginx Reverse proxy (on request) etc.
Other companies charges additional $35 or more for these tasks but we have included it for FREE under this service

If you have a new server then we will set it up for you. By doing CentOS installation, server setup, server security, optimization etc.
We will also do the Operating System installation if your data center provides remote installation access.
Only files and databases will be migrated. Emails and other settings will not be migrated.
SSH access is required for both servers.
We can install 3rd party software as per the official documentation with default settings for FREE. But we don't provide any support for 3rd party softwares. You will have to manage and configure the 3rd party software's yourself. Below are some of the most common ones that we install

If you are not satistifed within first 3 support ticket/issues or first 7 days whichever comes first then you can request refund and we will provide full refund EXCLUDING SETUP FEES
To prevent abuse of our services refund is applicable to first time clients only and for one server only i.e
So if you have multiple servers and want to try our services, then signup just for one server and test our services. And if you are not satisfied then request refund and we will be glad to do so. And if you are fully satisfied then and only then signup for other servers.
NO, under no circumstances you should use this service for ugent/emergency support. This is a very low-cost/cheap shared server management service. So ticket response may take upto 12 hours if ticket queue is high.

NO, we only provide support via our helpdesk under this plan. You will have to open a support ticket whenever you need support.
We do have other custom plans starting at $550/month under which we provide support via phone, skype and slack. You can contact us here with your requirement if you are interested in it.

Bank transfer will require manual activation so it may take upto 24 hours. But you can attach the screenshot of payment and get support immediately.
Faster response doesn't mean faster resolution of your server problem. Take a look at their resolution time guarantee. It's generally 24 hours or more while ours is 16 hours. So we are solving your server problems 8 hours before them.
So don't get fooled by those faster response time marketing tactics. If their response time is 1 hour then make sure that their resolution time guarantee is less than 5 hours. And if it's not then it's a shady marketing tactics.

If for some reason if we are unable to start it within the requested time window, then it will be automatically rescheduled for the same time window the following day.
Indian clients will have to pay GST. But there are no taxes for clients outside India.
We only provide support in English. If you are from non English speaking country then you can use google translator to translate the text in English and paste it in the ticket. Do the same to read the replies from us. But note that we cannot make any guarantee that translation will be prefect.
Also if your control panel or server langauge is not set to English then we may change it to English. You can change it back to your preferred language later once ticket is resolved.
